- Discord Identifiers: We store User IDs, Server IDs, and Channel IDs to manage settings and permissions.
- Configuration Data: Custom settings such as welcome messages, role hierarchies, and ticket panel configurations.
- Roblox Information (via Bloxlink): If you use ticket features, we may temporarily fetch your public Roblox Username and ID via the Bloxlink API to display context to moderators. We never access your password or private game data.
- Operational Logs: We log command usage and errors to monitor performance and debug issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide core features (e.g., assigning roles, creating tickets).
- To maintain server-specific configurations.
- To detect and prevent abuse of our services (e.g., spamming commands).
- To improve the stability and speed of the bot.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use trusted cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Vercel, MongoDB) to host our infrastructure.

We retain data only as long as necessary:
- Configuration Data: Stored while the bot is in your server. If the bot is kicked, configuration data is deleted within 30 days.
- Logs: Technical logs are rotated and deleted automatically every 14-30 days.
- Right to Erase: You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or using the data commands within the bot.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
