By inviting, using, or interacting with Robo Systems ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove the bot from your server immediately.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use this Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with security obligations.
- Server administrators are responsible for the configuration and usage of the bot within their respective communities.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Promote illegal activities, hate speech, or harassment.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the bot's infrastructure.
- Spam commands or intentionally overload our systems (DDoS).
3. Third-Party Integrations
Our Service interacts with third-party platforms to provide specific functionality:
- Bloxlink API (Roblox): We utilize the Bloxlink API solely for the purpose of identity verification within support tickets. This allows us to display your public Roblox username and ID to server staff to assist with moderation. We do not modify your Roblox account or access private game data.
- Discord API: We function entirely within the constraints of the Discord API. Service availability is subject to Discord's uptime and API limitations.
4. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Robo Systems explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
